4.1 Each player may hold only one registered Account on dk9999. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or collusive accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. dk9999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4.4 As part of KYC, dk9999 may request any or all of the following: national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and/or documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits. All submitted documents must be authentic, unaltered, and current.
4.5 dk9999 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for verification purposes are used solely for identity, age, and source-of-funds verification and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by the Platform's licensed payment processors.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on dk9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer as deposit and withdrawal methods. 6.5 Players found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will have all bonus funds forfeited and their Account permanently suspended.
7.1 All bets placed on dk9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Sport-specific betting rules, casino game rules, and bingo room rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.
7.2 A bet is considered accepted and binding once dk9999's system has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement that prevents confirmation, the bet will be considered void and any stake deducted will be returned to the player's Wallet.
7.3 dk9999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error; (b) the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed; (c) the bet was placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms; or (d) the integrity of the underlying event is in question.
7.4 Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and game types on dk9999. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. dk9999 reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at its sole discretion.
7.5 In live in-play betting markets, odds and market availability are subject to change in real time. dk9999 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time. Bets already accepted prior to a market suspension will remain valid unless voided under clause 7.3.
7.6 For cricket betting, PSL and international match results will be settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk9999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

11.3 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, dk9999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 In the event of a suspension or closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, net of any amounts subject to ongoing investigations.
